Here you can find our store policies and the frequent ask questions about how to
shop in our store.
How
To Shop
Buying from 2sale.us Store
is easy and secure. You don't have to download software to shop here. And when you place an order, you can feel
confident that your credit card information is protected by secure
server and encryption technique. There are several ways to shop on our site. Here's how:
- Category:
To shop for items in our store, you may browse the sections on the left by
going directly to the one that interests you. Clicking on any section will
link you to another page that will display all sections in that category.
- Keyword:
If you know what you are looking for, use the search form at the top right
corner of any page. Enter any keyword(s) that pertain to the product that
you are looking for. You'll be linked to a new page that displays all the
products with those keywords. By clicking on any product listed on the page,
you'll be linked to the product detail page. You can also place product into
your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button next to
the product.
Using
The Shopping Cart
For every in-stock
item, there will be an  button. This
button adds the item to your shopping basket. Putting something in your
shopping basket does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in
your shopping basket, you can choose to place the order immediately, or continue
shopping.
- Place Order
- When you have finally added all the necessary items to your cart. You
can place an order through our secure site.
- Keep
Shopping - to add more items to your shopping list. Clink on the
"Keep Shopping" button to return to 2sale.us Store's main page.
- Update Cart
- You can put as many items as you want in your shopping basket. To change
the quantity of the item, enter in the new quantity and press update
cart. When you're finished and want to place the order, you can get back to
your shopping basket by clicking on the View Cart button.
- Register - If
this is your first purchase with us, you have the option of registering with
us. On the top of the page, there is a "My Account" button that you can click.
Registering with us speeds up the process on your next order. The billing
and shipping information only needs to be entered once when you register.
- Remove
- Use this button to remove an item from your shopping cart.
Security
Issues
All
online transactions at 2sale.us Store are handled with industry-standard SSL
encryption.
When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted
across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets
to us.
For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when it is stored on
disk.
If you are not the kind of person who worries about being hit by lightning as
you're crossing the street, you probably don't have to worry that your credit
card number will be intercepted on the way to a secure Web site. According to
CNN,
"The
prevalent opinion...is that on-line credit card use is actually no riskier for
consumers than traditional "low-tech" transactions."
We order products
online all the time, both as a company and as individuals. When we use a credit
card to buy something online, we feel at least as safe as we would using one in
a store or restaurant.
Completing
Your Order And Checking Out
Once
you finalize your shopping needs. Completing the ordering process is fast and
easy. Fill out the billing, payment and shipping information and you are on your
way to receiving your products.
- Shipping
Address - Fill out the the shipping address of where you would like to
products to be shipped to.
- Billing
Address - Please enter in your billing address. We do an Address
Verification System to check all orders for accuracy. If you do not
enter in the correct billing address, your order may be delayed.
- Payment
Methods - Enter in your payment method that you would like to use. We
accept most forms of payment.
- Placing
Your Order - After you've fully completed the required information,
click on the "Place Order" button. A new screen will appear
revealing your order summary and invoice page. After you've reviewed the
information for accuracy, click on the button "Place Order" to
finish the order process. You will then get a confirmation page and a order
number to reference to. The order then will be sent to our processing
center.
Payment

2sale.us Online Store accepts the following forms of payments:
We also take mail-in checks or e-checks.
The credit card and
e-check that
you specify for your purchase will be charged when the order is shipped.
Taxes
Sales tax
is collected only for shipments inside California (8.25%). We do not charge sales
tax for all other destinations.
Shipping
2sale.us Store uses UPS to ship your purchased products. Our site calculates
shipping cost based on
the weight of the item(s) you purchase and shipping destination. Before checking
out, you will have an opportunity to get the real-time shipping cost as well as
tax info by clicking 
icon. You will be prompted to enter zip code, state and country info in the
popup windows. Our site then fetches the real-time shipping rate from the UPS
service center. If you feel comfortable with the returned shipping quotes, you
can proceed to check out.
Some products have this  icon next to the price. Products with Free shipping will be shipped by the UPS Ground for US 48 Contiguous States only.
Your shipping
time begins once the carrier picks up your order from our warehouse. The time in
which you receive your product after it has been shipped will vary based on
level of delivery service you have selected. You may choose one of the following
options, all times are quoted in business days:
- Standard - Your purchase will reach you in three to five days from the
time it leaves our warehouse.
- 2 Day - Scheduled delivery of your order will be two business days from
the time our warehouse tenders the shipment to our transportation provider.
Please remember that 2sale.us
is not responsible for any delays or errors of its carriers. Please be aware that the shipping companies who serve
2sale.us
do not deliver products on weekends or holidays. Please note that
customers pay for the cost of shipping on returned merchandise.
Shipping alternatives:
Domestically, we ship via USPS Priority Mail or Fedex ground, depending
on the package weight and the region in which you live.

a faster method of shipping does not decrease the available ship time. It
only decreases the time it takes to get delivered.

The 2sale.us
web site accepts orders online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However,
weekend orders are processed and prepared for shipping beginning the next
business day. Therefore, these days are not included in the time needed to
process your order. Most items will be shipped within 1 business days if
all the items ordered is in stock. If an item is out of stock we will
notify you when it will become available. You have the option of having part of
your order ship first, or waiting for all items to become available. If you
choose to have a partial shipment, you may incur higher shipping charges. We
will notify you by e-mail if any item(s) you order are out of stock.

Order
tracking
To track your
package, go to the UPS website or Fedex
website and
enter the tracking number sent to you in your order confirmation e-mail.
Please note: if
your order was shipped recently, it may not yet be tracked.
International Orders
We
currently do not ship international orders
except Canada.

Return and Exchange
All sales are final. Shipping and handling (i.e. labor) charges are not refundable. Refunds or replacements of any defective, damaged or
returned items will be allowed if:
1. The customer contacts 2sale.us store Customer Service by completing the
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Request Form
or send
to us before
returning the item to us. Orders accepted for return are subject to a restocking
fee of $15.00, or 15% of the total product price, which ever is larger.
2. The item(s) is returned to 2sale.us store within 30 days of receipt of
delivery by the customer and includes the RMA number;
3. Any returned item must be in its original box and packaging
(if applicable), and include any warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your
replacement item or refund. Order cancellations will only be accepted if the package has not
yet been shipped. Missing items must be reported within fifteen (15) days of
receipt of the package to be eligible for reshipment.
In order to keep our prices as low as possible, there are certain restrictions
when returning merchandise to us.
All Items - Products may be returned or exchanged if items are in a new
and unused condition.
Defective Items - If an item is defective, we will replace it promptly.
Wrong Item- If you receive a product that you do not want or need, please
return it to us via a parcel carrier of your choice. We will promptly
credit your account excluding the shipping charges.
Our error - If we made a mistake on your order, we make it right or give
you your money back. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal.

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we
provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices
you can make about the way your information is collected and used.
Uses of Information:
We use the information you provide when placing an order to complete that
order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the

information we provide (i.e. a third party shipping or customer support center).

products or specials that we think you may be interested in. If you do not wish

We use return email addresses from your email correspondence to us to answer the
email we receive. Such addresses from your correspondence are not used for any

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses
not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices
change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web
site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out
of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you
should check back at our Web site periodically.
Finally, we do not use or share the personally identifiable information provided
to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without providing you
an opportunity to tell us not to allow such unrelated uses.
